About Me

I am an associate in our Düsseldorf office and I advise clients on a wide range of commercial law and dispute matters.

My practice focuses on the automotive industry and supply chains in general. I support international and domestic clients in complex commercial law matters, in particular, commercial contracts and commercial dispute resolution.

In the past, I have advised clients on all types of domestic and international supply chain issues, for example, warranty and product liability cases, price negotiations, delivery stops, termination of supply contracts and complex contract drafting.

In particular, I have profound knowledge in drafting complex supply agreements in the automotive industry including the associated contractual documents, from both the buyer's and seller's perspective. In addition, I regularly provide long-term advice to our clients in large litigation proceedings concerning supply chain disputes in the automotive industry.

I am a member of our Commercial Practice Group and our International Automotive Sector Group. Besides being a lawyer in our firm, I am currently working on my Ph.D. on a certain type of contract in the German automotive industry at the University of Basel.
