Cristiana Andreotta

I am associate in the Milan Intellectual Property team, specialising in national and cross-border contentious matters related to patents, trademarks, design, copyright and geographical indications.

Since joining the firm in 2016, I've assisted clients, who see their IP rights as a priority in their business, with passion and dedication.

In particular, I have gained experience in the electronic and mechanical sector, assisting important players within national and cross-border litigation, also involving Standard Essential Patents (SEP).

I continuously help some of the most famous Italian fashion brands enhance and efficiently enforce their IP rights, with a particular focus on the luxury shoes sector.

In the food field, I'm part of the Italian team specialised in the protection and enforcement of Geographical Indications and Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO). In particular, I assist our clients (Consorzi di Tutela) in contentious matters related to some of the most well-known protected Italian wines and cheeses.

I'm passionate about industrial Design and I am in charge, with other colleagues, of a new project aimed at promoting and strengthening the firm's consolidated experience in this field.
