About Me

I am co-head of the Madrid office and head in Bird & Bird's Regulatory & Administrative department in the Madrid office.

I advise on domestic and international Public Law issues. I represent Spanish and international companies in proceedings relating to a wide range of regulatory matters. In litigation, I've obtained favourable judgments from the Supreme Court and the Superior Courts of Justice in energy and utilities related lawsuits brought against the Spanish public authorities.

I am a visiting lecturer in the Energy Law Program of the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School). I joined Bird & Bird in 2011 from an international law firm where I was Counsel in the Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructures Department, and previously worked at another global law practice before that.

I speak fluent Spanish, English and French.
