About Me

As a lawyer in our German regulatory and administrative team, I support and represent clients in public procurement procedures.

In this context, I primarily advise on issues relating to public procurement law, regulatory law, EU state aid and subsidies law, and IT contract law.

My main focus is on the support of complex public procurement procedures and the advice and representation of public contracting authorities and private companies in review proceedings under public procurement law.

In addition, I advise on performance disruptions and contract modifications after a contract has been concluded.

A further focus of my work is the evaluation and legal examination of exceptional circumstances under public procurement law - such as in-house tenders.

The goal of my consulting work is to provide both public clients and market participants with pragmatic, innovative and legally sound options for action.
