About Me

I'm a senior associate in the Commercial Group, based in London. I specialise in technology transactions with a particular focus on fintech and the financial services sector.

My practice area includes advising on technology contracts such as SaaS agreements, software licensing/implementation, maintenance, development and systems integration contracts. I also have expertise in software development, payments and API integration agreements, supply and e-commerce arrangements, online platforms, outsourcing arrangements, intellectual property licensing and digital content, as well as associated issues such as data protection compliance and consumer law.

I also have in-house experience working on secondment at a FTSE 250 television broadcaster in the online and on-demand legal team, with responsibility for negotiating technology agreements for the online video on-demand service.
