Christina Bach Rasmussen

I am a senior associate with more than 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, litigation, and insurance law. I have extensive experience conducting complex court and arbitration proceedings, representing both Danish and international clients - primarily insurance companies and their insured.

In my daily work, I advise on a wide range of insurance products, including professional liability (for lawyers, engineers, and auditors), D&O claims, product and commercial liability, as well as personal injury and motor liability cases. I also have significant experience with claims of recourse, many of which involve disputes related to construction and fire damage.

In addition, I advise on regulatory matters for financial institutions and handle general commercial disputes.

I also assist businesses with risk management, contract drafting, and the preparation of e.g. terms and conditions for sales and delivery.
