About Me

As an Associate in the department of regulatory and administrative at our Rome office, I assist Italian and foreign clients in administrative litigation and advise them out-of-court in the area of public contracts as well as in various regulated sectors.

I graduated in Law from La Sapienza University of Rome and later studied at the University of Teramo to obtain a doctorate in administrative law.
During my professional career, I have gained considerable experience in administrative litigation, representing companies and public administrations before the Administrative and Civil Courts, dealing with disputes on a wide range of issues: public procurement, energy, competition, urban planning, construction and health.
Before joining Bird & Bird I worked for a leading Italian firm specialized in administrative law in which I was able to appreciate this subject in many of its aspects, nurturing a particular interest in the area of public contracts.
Indeed, I assist economic operators not only in the judicial phase but also in the phase of participation in public tenders, providing support in the preparation and review of tender documentation and in the resolution of issues that may arise in the execution of public contracts.
Finally, I deal with issues that may involve companies in regulated sectors (energy, pharmaceutical, defense and security).
