I am an associate in our Privacy and Data Protection Group, based in London. I advise UK and international clients across a variety of sectors on a wide range of data protection and e-privacy issues.

My work covers all aspects of data protection law, including advising on data protection compliance projects, data transfers, DPIAs, data subject rights, data protection policies, data processing and data sharing agreements and security breach incidents. I also advise on data protection issues within an M&A context and help clients with e-privacy compliance.

I assist a broad range of clients, focusing on the media, entertainment, sport and technology industries.

Before joining our firm, I spent over three years working at a US law firm where I was an associate in their data and technology transactions team.

• Work with multinational clients from start-ups to FTSE 100-listed companies, including extensively advising a number of world-leading social media, entertainment and video game brands.
• Assisted numerous clients on extensive data protection compliance projects.
• Assisted a major social media company in matters before a number of international regulatory bodies in connection with a significant data breach.
• Advised a world-leading technology company on numerous high-value and innovative acquisitions.
• Assisted a publicly listed China-headquartered technology and internet group on a number of cross-border data privacy compliance queries across the social media, gaming, cloud, television and advertising space.
• Advised a major airline group on the impact of the GDPR on the on the securitization of loyalty group datasets.
