About Me
I am an associate in our international corporate group in London. I advise clients on a range of corporate transactions, with experience in M&A, venture capital, corporate re-organisations and general corporate advisory work.
I work with clients across a number of Bird & Bird's sectors, including Technology & Communications and Media, Entertainment and Sports.I qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in August 2023 and joined Bird & Bird in September 2023.
