Alba Aparicio

I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Real Estate department in the Madrid office.

I have experience working with a wide variety of national and international corporations, providing legal advice on different kind of real estate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments, and management agreements in relation to various types of assets (residential, logistics, retail, hospitality, student housing, etc.).

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at another international firm. My participation in the relevant deals has gone from the drafting of due diligence reports to the assistance in the signing and/or closing of the transactions. My work includes the negotiation of different type of agreements as well as providing advice on some urban planning queries.

My goal is to provide client-oriented advice where the legal solution starts from an understanding of the client's business and its main concerns and I believe that teamwork is the key to achieving the best outcome for each matter we are involved in.

I am currently studying a Master's degree in Urban Planning to broaden my knowledge and experience in this field.
