About Me
I am associate in the Bird & Bird's Corporate and M&A department in the Madrid office.
I am specialised in advising national and international clients in all types of M&A transactions. I also participate in due diligence procedures, both in national and multi-jurisdictional transactions, concerning companies active in different sectors and industries, and advice companies regarding their corporate secretarial issues.Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in a boutique law firm, in which I started my specialisation advising both national and international clients in Corporate and M&A.
In addition to speaking my native languages, Spanish and French, I am fluent in English.
