I routinely advise on a full range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, corporate restructures and transactions, cross border M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance, alliance and other general corporate matters. Due to my extensive experiences in corporate matters, I am regularly invited to lecture or present on professional events and professional courses covering corporate governance, competition law and corporate sustainability.I also work on commercial transactions involving competition law, public procurement, digitalisation, infrastructure and regulatory advice.I currently act as the legal adviser to a number of local regulators and have maintained good relationship with the local regulators.
