I'm a partner and head of our international HR Services group in Denmark and a member of our international Trade Secrets Protection group. I've spent over 20 years specialising in labour and employment law, court and arbitration cases, trade secrets, company law and M&A.
In my role as head of the HR Services group in Denmark, I manage the team structure so we can ensure we have the right lawyers in place for our clients' needs. I have vast experience in helping employers with all aspects of labour and employment law, including drafting and negotiating employment contracts and severance agreements, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and advising on redundancies, equal treatment, restrictive covenants, incentive schemes, and protection of trade secrets. My team and I advise a wide variety of domestic and international clients.
Over the years, I have pleaded almost 300 cases, including more than 50 before the High Court, having had right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court since 2006. In 2007, I was appointed an interim High Court Judge.
I taught law at the University of Copenhagen between 1998 and 2006 and was an external lecturer from 2005 to 2006. I am regularly invited to speak at seminars and the HR Services Group in Denmark also hosts quarterly seminars regarding HR related topics.
I am a part of our dispute resolution team and I have developed particular experience in complex commercial and employment law disputes, focusing on management liability and disputes regarding shareholdings. In 2018, I became certified as an arbitrator as well.
