Paulina Grotkowska

I work as a Counsel in our Employment team in Warsaw. I am an expert in individual and collective law with a particular interest in trade union relations and employee benefit schemes.

As an attorney-at-law with over eleven years' experience, I have advised on employment related issues in M&A transactions, admissions to the Stock Exchange, TUPE/ARD transfers, restructuring and redundancy projects, voluntary leave programmes and internal allocations of staff.

I also provide daily advice to our clients on all ongoing matters relating to their operations, including hiring/terminating managerial staff and delegating personnel abroad. I have extensive experience in representing our clients in court proceedings in matters relating to employment and social security law.

I am the author of numerous articles, and speak at conferences, seminars and radio shows on individual and collective employment law.
