I'm an associate in the Privacy & Data Protection team in Warsaw, where I advise on personal data protection issues.

Knowing that Bird & Bird is one of the world's leading technology law firms, I joined the firm because I wanted to focus on personal data protection matters whilst working with the best professionals in this area in the world. Data protection fascinates me both professionally and privately since the importance and value of personal data have never been as high as today, where new technologies surround us in every aspect of our lives and require constant processing of data.

I thrive on being engaged in complex and challenging projects for companies with multinational operations. My main focus is helping clients organise their personal data processing operations, e.g. by identifying the appropriate legal basis for such processing in order to keep them safe from possible claims or fines. I am always interested in discovering how clients' businesses really work, and combine both legal and business solutions for their business operations.

I can support clients by negotiating agreements and preparing documentation related to personal data protection issues, such as data processing agreements or privacy notices, as well as by representing them before the Polish Data Protection Authority – UODO.

I can also advise on day-today business operations, including ebusiness and marketing activities. Clients value the experience I have gained from taking part in multi-jurisdictional projects related to GDPR implementation, as well as my in-depth knowledge on data protection and privacy. They appreciate my ability to quickly identify risks and propose workable solutions.
