I am an associate in our Corporate and Commercial groups in Sydney, with experience advising clients on a range of commercial and regulatory matters.

My work primarily focuses on the technology and communications sector. I enjoy working with clients on the challenging issues that arise when the law intersects with innovative or evolving technologies, and I have particular experience in relation to complex regulatory issues. Recently, this has included advising on the deployment of Low Earth Orbit satellites, 5G services and IoT applications.

I also have experience advising traditional carriage service providers, including mobile network operators and MVNOs, on issues arising under Australia's telecommunications regulatory regime, such as infrastructure access regulation, data retention, and privacy obligations.

In the technology and communications sector, I have also advised on commercial issues and opportunities including the negotiation and drafting of agreements, and the preparation of submissions to government committees.

I also have experience in our Intellectual Property Group and maintain an interest in helping clients to protect their IP portfolios and enforce their rights.
