Ning-Ning has experience in a broad range of intellectual property matters.
Ning-Ning is an associate in our London Intellectual Property Group, based in London.
She has been involved in a broad range of intellectual property matters, particularly in relation to patents and trade marks, covering both contentious and non contentious matters. She has also been involved in commercial intellectual property matters, including the drafting of a website development agreement and advising on IP issues in the corporate acquisition of a business. She has worked with clients from a number of different industries including pharmaceutical, media, food and beverage, entertainment and IT. Due to her background, Ning-Ning has a particular interest in the life sciences sector.
Ning-Ning’s recent work has seen her acting on a patent infringement action for a multi-national beverage company. She also regularly works on both UK and CTM trade mark oppositions.
She joined us in 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. During her training contract, Ning-Ning spent six months working in-house at Google’s London offices in their Commercial team, where she negotiated and drafted various commercial agreements.
Ning-Ning graduated from Oxford University with a Masters degree in Biochemistry and obtained an LLB from Kaplan Law School.
Ning-Ning has contributed to the Journal of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA).
