About Me
I work as a Counsel in our Munich corporate team, advising German and international clients on issues in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on technology and communications and life sciences.
I specialise in national and cross-border M&A deals, company incorporations and reorganisations. I also advise on all day-to-day corporate legal matters, such as corporate governance and corporate housekeeping.During my legal traineeship and before joining our firm, I worked for international law firms in Munich and Singapore.
Experience
- Advised the Munich-based Elgato Systems GmbH on the sale of the Elgato gaming division to the US gaming supplies specialist CORSAIR, a global leading provider of high-performance computers, components and peripheral devices.
- Advised international IT service provider Luxoft Holding, Inc. (NYSE: LXFT) on the acquisition of Objective Software GmbH and its Italian subsidiary as part of a share deal. Objective is a supplier of software development services and IP-based solutions for autonomous vehicles, ADAS (Advance Driver Assisted Systems), high-precision positioning, innovative mobility and Smart City applications.
- Advised Precision Medicine Group on the acquisitions of German-based leading immune monitoring and epigenetic technology service provider Epiontis GmbH and Swiss-based biomaker data management provider Quartz Bio SA.
