I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Dispute Resolution Group in Singapore, and have represented clients in various high-value cross-border civil and commercial litigation and international arbitration.

As part of a dynamic and international dispute resolution team, I have had the opportunity to act for a myriad of clients over a wide-range of matters. These matters range from simple non-payment of fees to multi-million dollar disputes involving complex technical and accounting issues with hundreds of thousands of pages of evidence.

I have advised and acted for local, foreign and multinational clients on multiple cross-border contentious matters. Recently, I was involved in advising and acting for a reputable Asian airline in an arbitration under the SIAC Rules against one of the largest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisations in the world, involving claims and counterclaims in excess of S$90 million. As part of my local civil and commercial litigation portfolio, I have acted for clients at both State Courts and Supreme Court level. Some of the more notable matters that I have assisted on concern minority oppression claims and shareholder disputes, claims for breaches of directors' duties, and claims for breach of duty of care by an architect.
