I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice in Singapore and have extensive experience in a wide range of disputes before the Singapore Courts and in international arbitration.

The myriad of matters I handle range from simple non-payment of fees and charges to multi-million dollar disputes involving complex technical and accounting issues involving hundreds of thousands of pages of evidence. I have also been involved in disputes between shareholders and directors involving allegations of breach of directors' duties. More recently, I have been involved in advising and acting for a reputable Asian airline in an arbitration under the SIAC Rules against one of the largest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisations in the world, involving a claims and counterclaims amounting to over S$90 million.
