I am an associate of Bird & Bird's Commercial Group and use my broad knowledge of commercial contracts and consumer/end-user protection law to advise our clients on varying commercial matters.

Commercial contracting and consumer and end-user related matters are my areas of expertise. My particular interest is the interaction between our clients and their customers. I am experienced in advising clients on dealing with day-to-day commercial issues. The clients I work for are national and international companies across a range of sectors, with often multi-jurisdictional queries.

I have a broad knowledge of consumer/end-user protection law and related regulations and advise our clients on all kinds of related matters, including about the rules governing unfair commercial practices, conformity, online and distance sales, advertising and sales promotions, and product labelling.

I am also experienced in advising clients in the field of commercial contract law. My experience includes reviewing and drafting contracts. My practice covers a wide array of business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) contracts, such as licence agreements, purchase and sales agreements and terms and conditions.

My practice includes gambling law and aspects of privacy law, with a particular focus on privacy in the healthcare sector.

I am a member of Bird & Bird's Tech & Comms Group and Retail & Consumer Group.
