Kate is an associate in in our International HR Services Group, based in London.
Advising on a broad range of employment matters, Kate has acted for clients operating across a number of sectors, including global financial institutions and multinational corporates. Kate has particular experience in handling Employment Tribunal proceedings, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, and advising on the employment aspects of cross-border corporate transactions. Kate has extensive experience in handling large-scale business reorganisations involving redundancies and collective consultation requirements. Her experience also includes drafting service agreements, drafting and updating employment policies and negotiating settlement agreements.
Kate also has significant in-house experience, having advised on cross-jurisdictional projects, grievance and disciplinary matters and general HR advisory queries, whilst on secondment to a global financial institution.
Kate qualified as a solicitor in September 2011, having studied English at the University of Cambridge before converting to law at BPP Law School. Prior to joining the practice she worked for a Magic Circle firm, also based in London.
