Julia Neuper

As an associate and member of our employment team based in Düsseldorf, I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

My expertise covers questions of day-to-day HR issues, drafting individual employment contracts, issues relating to the dismissal of employees and dealings with works councils.

I completed my legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf and was already working in our International HR Services Practice Group during this time. At the same time, I also worked for an international company in the field of labour law with a focus on works council issues, collective bargaining agreements and labour law restructurings.
