I am motivated when working with passionate people committed to what they do. With me on your legal team you get a dedicated corporate lawyer, specialised in personal taxation, incentive schemes, global mobility matters and with a solid business background.

Besides solid legal knowledge, I strive to understand my client's business, see opportunities, make complex legal advice simple to grasp, and dare to put the brakes on when needed.

I advise both Danish and international companies in corporate law and all aspects of personal taxation, including the Danish expat tax scheme, taxation of employee benefits and travel expenses. I have extensive experience with cross border legal matters, ranging from double taxation to permanent establishment issues and social security matters, including first-hand experience handling applications to Danish and Swedish social security authorities.

I am specialised in advising clients, be it start-ups, equity funds or global corporations, in all legal aspects of the implementation of incentive schemes, with a main focus on the tax-related aspects. Financial and personal choices play a major role in the implementation of the right incentive scheme and my background from Copenhagen Business School ensures that all relevant aspects are considered in the implementation.

I have a broad legal background, having previously worked at a Tier 1 law firm, a big four accountancy firm and the Danish Ministry of Justice, where I have advised both Danish and international companies in taxation, VAT, competition and data protection law.
