I am a partner in our corporate team in Düsseldorf, where since 2007 I have advised our national and international clients on M&A as well as domestic and cross-border reorganisations.

My particular focus is on the energy sector, advising multinationals on corporate law issues such as the acquisitions or sales of energy projects including solar parks. With over more than 10 years of professional experience, I have also built significant sector-specific expertise beyond the energy sector, in particular in those industries with a strong focus on technology and innovation.

As a member of our international Corporate Practice Group, I specialise in complex cross-border transactions also requiring an in-depth understanding of strategic pre- and post-transaction topics in order to secure the sustainable commercial success of the transaction. Clients come to me to receive expert legal advice which offers a keen perspective on strategy and a personal commitment to excellence in client service, both in terms of legal advice and coordination of different teams and work streams.

Outside my client work, I am a co-commentator on international corporate law in Beck'scher Onlinekommentar on Limited Liability Companies.
