I am an experienced lawyer based in Düsseldorf and advising our German and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law as an associate in our International HR Services Practice Group.

My expertise covers drafting employment contracts, advising on the right of termination and working on day-to-day HR issues. I also advise on collective employment law issues such as collective bargaining agreements and dealings with works councils as well as on company pension issues.

During my doctoral studies I spent time doing research at the European Institute of Social Security in Leuven, Belgium.

I completed my legal training in Gera, Germany, during which time I worked for a specialist employment law firm, and the International HR Services Group of our firm.

I am currently working to become a certified specialist in employment law (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht).
