About Me
I am a certified specialist lawyer in employment law and a counsel in our Frankfurt team, where I work in our German Employment and International HR Services groups, advising our domestic and international clients on matters in individual and collective employment law.
I have considerable experience in the co-determination of employees, as well as in day-to-day HR questions, drafting of employment contracts and termination agreements, in addition to litigation.Before joining our firm, I built up considerable experience as an in-house employment lawyer, working for a service company of Charité Berlin, advising its senior executives on all matters of employment law, including participation rights and dealings with the works council.
