I am an associate in our market-leading Intellectual Property Group in London.

I have experience acting for clients on various IP issues across a broad range of sectors, including Media, Entertainment and Sport, Retail and Consumer and Technology and Communications.

My focus is on contentious IP. During my training contract and after qualifying, I have worked on litigation in the High Court and the Court of Appeal, including proceedings relating to the protection of trade secrets, patents, trade marks and designs.

I spent part of my training contract on client secondment, where I advised on IP matters including brand protection and copyright clearance. This gave me the opportunity to gain real insight into clients' business operations, and to offer commercial value across my work.

I am a contributor to the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys Journal and am Co-Editor-In-Chief of MediaWrites, a news hub by our firm's Media, Entertainment and Sports group.
