Bird & Bird advised Entegra on the acquisition of Agap’pro

International law firm Bird & Bird advised Entegra Procurement Services®, a subsidiary of Sodexo and a global player in performance and procurement optimisation for hospitality, on the acquisition of Agap'pro, a recognised procurement agency on the French market.

Founded over 25 years ago, Agap'pro is a food and non-food product listing centre serving the community, specialising in budget optimisation for public and private catering establishments. Supporting more than 2,000 member accounts throughout the year and listing nearly 150 national and local suppliers and manufacturers, the company stands out for its range of complementary services: global invoicing, nutritional support provided by qualified dieticians, technical support provided by former chefs, and the use of Mercudyn, a management and order-taking tool.

Entegra, which already operates in 12 countries, is continuing its development in France and thought this acquisition strengthens its position as a leading player in purchasing performance for all hospitality venues, particularly for local authorities and medical and social establishments, especially in south-western France.

Entegra was advised by Bird & Bird with a team comprising Carole Bodin, partner, and Jasmine Javault, associate, on M&A aspects, and Alexandre Vuchot, partner, and Sacha Bettach, associate, on the Commercial aspects.
