International law firm Bird & Bird has been ranked as the number one law firm by volume of deals in M&A and project finance transactions in the ‘Clean Energy Legal League Tables 2022’. This is the sixth year in a row that the firm has achieved a top rank for the number of M&A transactions.
Clean Energy Pipeline, a source of news, data and analytics for the renewables finance industry reported that Bird & Bird advised on 92 M&A transactions and 51 project finance transactions, more than any other law firm.
Bird & Bird’s Energy & Utilities group focuses on renewables, energy management and efficiency, networks and grids, digitalisation, energy storage, electric transportation, and hydrogen.
