Bird & Bird’s transactional team once again advises Czech start-up wflow.com on capital entry by ČS Seed Starter, investment seed fund of Česká spořitelna.
Bird & Bird has assisted wflow.com during a capital entry of another investor into this successful Czech accounting start-up.
Through this transaction, ČS Seed Starter, investment seed fund of Česká spořitelna gained 17percent share in wflow.com.
Wflow.com is a Czech-based start-up whose products are focused on automation of bookkeeping processes and accounting digitalisation.
Its products are designed to simplify bookkeeping processes by reducing administrative and manual work with documents, automating documents collection, speeding up approval processes, and ensuring automated accounting which not only saves time but reduces related costs. Wflow.com attracts clients from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Norway.
By combining forces with Erste group through its Seed Starter project, Wflow.com will be able to extend its reach to other markets and also allow clients of Erste access to its digital accounting solutions.
