Bird & Bird has acted for long-standing client, and Nominated Adviser and Broker, Liberum Capital Limited in connection with the placing of 7,138,998 ordinary shares in AIM-listed Conygar Investment Company PLC. The placing was completed and the new shares admitted to trading on AIM earlier today.
The placing was conducted by way of an accelerated bookbuild. The bookbuild process has closed with the Company raising gross proceeds of approximately £10.7 million. The Conygar Investment Company PLC is a property investment and development company dealing primarily in the UK.
