Bird & Bird advises Swedish listed real estate company Nyfosa on the acquisition of a Finnish property portfolio at a value of MEUR 208

International law firm Bird & Bird represented Swedish listed real estate company Nyfosa on the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of nine office properties and one project property in the Finnish university town of Jyväskylä at a total value of MEUR 208, (approx. MDSEK 2.1.).

The properties have a total area of 67 thousand square meters with an annual rental income of approximately MEUR 18 (approx. MSEK 183). The acquisition is financed through equity and raising of loans.

Bird & Bird’s cross-border team in Helsinki and Stockholm included associates Joanna Puhto (Real Estate), Josefina Aalto, William Schofield, Katariina Leino, Andreas Lundqvist (all Finance), Sofia Ekeryd (Corporate) and partners Mikko Ahonen (Corporate) and Olof Wetterling (Finance).
