Bird & Bird advised property manager Albrecht Gebrüder & Co. on its sale to real estate project development and investment company QUEST Investment Partners.
Albrecht Gebrüder & Co. is an owner-managed service company that has been active in real estate management since 1987 and manages approx. 154 properties with more than 4,000 residential and commercial units, over 400,000 m² of usable space and a total rental volume in the triple-digit million range p.a.. QUEST Investment Partners focuses on investments in commercial properties with the potential of appreciation in selected locations in major German cities and Benelux. Both companies have been working together for many years.
With the acquisition of Albrecht Gebrüder, QUEST Investment pursues its stringent expansion strategy and now focuses on a third business area, real estate management, alongside project development and the fund business.
