Bird & Bird advised Administer in its IPO and listing on First North Finland
Bird & Bird acted as a legal counsel for Administer, one of the Finland’s largest providers of financial administration services, in connection with its oversubscribed EUR 14 million initial public offering and listing on First North Finland. The subscription price in the public and institutional offering was EUR 4.86 per share and in the personnel offering EUR 4.38 per share, setting the company’s market value directly after the offering to approximately EUR 69 million. Trading on First North Finland began on 17 December 2021.
In addition, the company’s shareholder Bocap SME Achievers Fund II Ky sold in the aggregate 1,900,890 shares in the Company in connection with the offering and thus achieving a full exit.
