Two notable fundraisings in one week

Working through unprecedented market turbulence, the London Capital Markets Team is proud to have advised on two notable fundraisings on the LSE's Aim Market, which closed within the past week.



The team advised leading brokers:

1. Liberum Capital Limited, in relation to the £15 million open offer and placing for British model railway brand, Hornby PLC.

2. Canaccord Genuity Limited and Jefferies International Limited in relation to the £8 million fundraising for Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager.

These transactions were worked on by members of the team comprising Clive Hopewell (International Head), Nicholas Heap (Legal Director) and Philip Chui (Associate).
