Bird & Bird's international Corporate team has received its most wide-ranging rankings in the annual Thomson Reuters mid-market and small-cap M&A legal advisory reviews for the year 2016, being ranked in an unprecedented 18 league tables across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
The international team’s presence was recognised for its mid-market M&A involvement (any deals valued up to $500 million) and for its small-cap involvement (up to $50 million) for Europe, the Nordics and Benelux, and individually for Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Spain and the UK.
The group’s rankings span from the top 20 to the top 50. Rankings in France, Germany, Benelux and the Nordics have particularly increased, and the firm also made a first-time appearance in the annual M&A rankings for Hong Kong and Australia.
