The right to privacy: not everything goes

Recent events have put the spotlight on the protection granted under the applicable legal framework to the right to honour and privacy (as substantive rights independent of the right to one's own image) enshrined in Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution ("CE"), on the limits they face, and on the way in which the conflict that frequently occurs with other fundamental rights is dealt with and weighed up.
