Update on Online Harms: Legislative Reforms in Australia and the UK

The regulation of online disinformation and harmful content is the subject of global attention. Australia is progressing world-first reforms in this area along with the United Kingdom (UK). In a key milestone, the Australian Online Safety Bill 2021 was introduced into Parliament on 24 February 2021.
