In this issue of the EU Legislative Updates, we provide you with a brief overview of the European Commission's work program for 2021 and the key initiatives that the Commission plans to take this year. At the heart of its program will be the digital and green transition. At the same time, we review the rapid revamp of cybersecurity rules currently underway. Finally, we present a brief summary of the proposal on terrorist content online and a list of the open public consultations. We continue to monitor the legislative process of the digital package – the Digital Services Act and the Digital Markets Act and more detailed information will be provided in the next issues of EU Legislative Updates.
