Reports of Trade Mark Cases for CIPA April 2021

In this month's report we look at the decision in Lifestyle Equities C.V. & Anr v Hornby Street (MCR) Ltd & Ots* (Hacon HHJ; [2020] EWHC 3320 (IPEC)) on the effect of an arbitration clause in a co-existence agreement.
