Bird & Bird advised AddLife in its acquisition of all shares in the Danish companies Lab-Vent Controls A/S and Koldt & Ryø El A/S.

Swedish AddLife is a leading market player in Life Science that offers high-quality products, services and advice to both the private and public sector, mainly in the Nordic region and the rest of Europe. AddLife is listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
