ASA rules against Amazon on ‘One-Day Delivery’ promises to Amazon Prime customers

The ASA has ruled that Amazon have breached article 3.1 (Misleading advertising), 3.7 (Substantiation) and 3.9 (Qualification) of the CAP Code. The ASA investigation and ruling were triggered by complaints that promises by Amazon of 'One-Day Delivery' for Amazon Prime members were not being met.
