Bird & Bird Media Seminar in The Hague: a must go event!

We welcomed more than 55 CEOs, legal counsel and policy officers from different national and international media companies.

Participants could choose two of the following four sessions:

• Reform European copyright – led by Wieke During and Thijs van den Heuvel
• Brexit and the media – led by Jacques Pelkmans (CEPS)
• Reform EU directive AVMS – led by Paul Waszink and Jorn van Steenis
• New EU guidelines for online platforms – led by Roelien van Neck and Olaf Trojan
