As we creep towards 5 years of the GDPR, enforcement in the UK and across the EU has started to improve our understanding of how regulators interpret the law. In 2022 and early 2023, we saw a particular flurry of enforcement activity. Privacy professionals must now react to identify potential gaps in their own organisations’ approaches.
