About Me

I am an associate in our Commercial Group, and I advise clients on the global challenges facing the digital and communications sector as well as providing counsel on new technologies and their relationships with the use of data.

I advise on all aspects of digital and communications regulation with a focus on the issues arising from the EU's reform of the regulatory framework for the electronic communications sector and the proposed e-privacy regulation. In particular, I counsel on how the updated legislation would apply in practice to both traditional telecommunication services and over-the-top services.

I also provide advice on the use of personal and non-personal data by global companies with a particular focus on compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and data localisation requirements.
