In the wake of the global pandemic, the employment landscape has dramatically transformed, impacting how employers view, approach and engage with their workforces. Emerging employee sentiments have been pivotal in reshaping the world of work, compelling organizations to rethink traditional norms. As businesses seek to adapt to these changes, the introduction of generative AI has also accelerated the need to assess the role of technology in this transformation.
We are delighted to invite you to our APAC Employment Conference on 5 October 2023 in which we will explore some of the issues that are top-of-mind for employment heads and people leaders. Drawing from expertise around the region, we will:
- explore alternative ways of working to enable workforces to remain agile and flexible;
- offer our insights into strategies that businesses can implement to better protect their assets and improve organizational resilience; and
- provide our thoughts on the issues raised by the use of generative AI in the workplace and ways in which to address them.
This will comprise a series of interactive discussions by and with our panel of speakers, followed by networking and drinks.
