UAS Roundtable
Bird & Bird's UAS roundtable programme provides a forum in which those working in the UAS industry can network in an informal environment, explore industry trends, exchange views on matters of common interest, and share ideas, knowledge and best practice.
It’s been a while since we got together, however we’d be delighted if you could join us at our next (virtual) roundtable event where we'll explore a number of complementary themes: while there is a fairly clear path for the UK UAS sector in the immediate aftermath of Brexit, the broader picture is less clear and we will outline our understanding at the time. We’ll address the state of the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Bill and how it deals with issues around personal data and GDPR, along with “Beyond Privacy - Legal Rights in Data”.
We’re pleased also to have Access Partnership briefing on how WRC-19 affects the UAS world and what’s expected next. This will be accompanied by our usual round-up of regulatory developments in Europe and the US.
We’re planning a slightly shorter event than usual, and look forward to hosting you virtually for what is sure to be a lively and engaging debate. We are of course disappointed not to be able to host you for a drink but trust that we’ll be able to meet again before too much longer.
