The UP & UPC – Preparing for a new Era in Patent Litigation

The imminent arrival of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and Unitary Patent (UP) system represent the most important change ever seen in the European patent landscape over the past 50 years. After plans for the system were hindered by numerous setbacks, including Brexit, the UPC Administrative Committee expects the system to go live in Q1 2023.

Following on from our webinars earlier this year, we are delighted to invite you, in partnership with ACC Europe, to our in-person seminar on this important topic, where we will be joined by guest speaker, Michael Fröhlich, Director of European and International Legal Affairs at the European Patent Office, as well as industry experts from various sectors.

We hope you can join us.
