As a junior associate at Bird & Bird, you’ll be working on exciting cases with your talented colleagues. During your junior associate training, you will work closely with our experienced jurists, who will support and motivate you. In our open offices we sit in teams, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn from and spar with your more experienced colleagues; but, right from the start, you will also be given a great deal of individual responsibility.
We’ll be there with you all the way, so you can achieve a high level of professional competence and a broad commercial understanding that will qualify you to advise both Danish and international clients on business issues.
You will develop your skills and further your education through Bird & Bird´s Nordic Development Programme and Bird&Bird’s global professional events that support your junior associate training and supplement the mandatory course of further education you will, of course, also be offered. You will also be given the opportunity to link up with a mentor, in a professional partnership with a competent and experienced jurist who will share their experience and provide feedback and confidential sparring on your questions and thoughts about the profession and life as a lawyer.
You will be given the opportunity to build up an international network of jurists, business partners and clients — valuable relationships in your future career.
