In my work as a lawyer in the field of labour law, no two working days are the same: My tasks are often very day-to-day - there are unexpected enquiries by email or telephone that have to be resolved at short notice. At the same time, I have the opportunity to accompany major court proceedings or even restructurings - and I am (almost) always the first point of contact for clients. Bird & Bird places a great deal of trust in me in this regard. Even though negotiations with the works council, the trade union or in court are sometimes lengthy and challenging, I enjoy the great variety of my work. Bird & Bird supports me with internal training opportunities, such as negotiation and communication workshops. Working part-time also gives me the opportunity to combine my professional and private life without this having a negative impact on my career.
